As Lead Event Producer for The Weather Company's media solutions team, I successfully spearheaded our presence at NAB 2025, a pivotal tentpole event in our annual marketing calendar. This prestigious four-day tradeshow, hosted at the Las Vegas Convention Center, represented a critical opportunity for client engagement and industry positioning.
My comprehensive leadership responsibilities included:
• Orchestrating our premium 30' x 40' exhibition space, strategically designed to facilitate high-value client and prospect meetings • Overseeing the full client experience journey, from initial engagement through personalized presentations • Managing vendor relationships, including direction of our contracted agency for booth design, construction, and technical implementation • Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of our sponsorship activation strategy • Delivering measurable ROI through targeted prospect meetings and strengthened client relationships
