A client approached me to plan a memorable birthday party with a fun and nostalgic theme. He envisioned a day party for 20-30 guests and wanted something that would capture the spirit of his favorite childhood memories. After discussing his preferences, I suggested a "106 & Park" theme, a throwback to the iconic 90s TV show that resonated with the guest of honor.

My Role:

• Concept & Theme Development: I created a cohesive 106 & Park theme, incorporating key elements from the show to bring a playful and nostalgic vibe to the event.

• Venue Scouting: I researched and selected a venue that matched the atmosphere we wanted—perfect for a daytime celebration with enough space for activities and comfort.

• Budget Management: I handled all financial aspects of the event, ensuring we stayed within budget while still delivering an exciting experience.

• Décor & Merchandising: I sourced and designed the event décor, creating a vibrant, immersive space. This included designing a custom photo op to capture memories from the day.

• Vendors & Logistics: I recommended a photographer and DJ to enhance the party experience. I also oversaw all logistics, including set-up and breakdown of the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

Through careful planning and attention to detail, I was able to bring the theme to life while ensuring the client and guests had an unforgettable experience.
